Fitness Assessment
Evaluate your current level of fitness and gain knowledge to move to the next level. Our assessment reviews the five basic components of fitness: body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Personal Training
Make the most of your exercise efforts with the help and expertise of a personal trainer, who will help you outline a regular exercise regimen to fit your individual needs.

Pilates Lessons
Private or group , work with our Pilates instructor to learn how to sculpt, stretch, and tone your body using the principles and exercises pioneered by Joseph Pilate.
